We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Office Operations to join our team!We are a leading Carpet/Upholstery cleaning company in the San Fernando Valley for over 20 Years!You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesAssist daily operations of a leading Carpet Cleaning franchise.Assist in managing technicians and helpersDispatch and assist in guiding technicians on daily schedule.Must have knowledge of the Los Angeles geographic areasAccurate data entry of work orders.Assist in preparation of monthly Marketing materialsOpening or closing procedureMUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SATURDAY ROTATIONSQualifications:Four years previous experience in customer service, sales, service industry a plus but not necessary3 years previous experience in Office Admin, Data EntryAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Pleasant phone mannerMUST be PROFICIENT in working with computers and various office programs, including Word and ExcelReliable, responsible and show initiativeCapability to work with mininum supervisionAbility to work within a team and with all levels of personnelMust be able to provide Professional references.Highly organized with attention to detailPlease provide salary history
