  • We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant/Customer Service Person. Experience and Education:- Education: Equivalent to High School Diploma or G.E.D.- Experience: 3 to 5 years client service experience in an operations environment.Knowledge and Skills:Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction- Able to multi-task and take on several roles when needed.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficient computer skills, specifically in excel, word processing, ERP software, and AeroXchange.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Good problem solving ability.- Strong focus on Value creation.- Vision and hearing correctable to within normal range
