Our client, a Premier Eyewear/Accessories Retailer in Los Angeles, is actively seeking an enthusiastic and savvy Customer Service Representative for a temporary contract assignment. As the Customer Service Representative, you will follow up with clients, initiate warranty requests, resolve customer concerns, and communicate with warehouse personnel on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to build his/her career with a renowned luxury brand. Requirements:At least 2-3 years of customer service experienceBachelor’s degreeAbility to clearly and effectively communicate information to all levels of management and staffExceptional problem-solving skills with a high level of technical competencyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of Kronos and SAPBilingual language skills preferred Deadline-driven, professional, and proactive with a sharp eye for detail Your outgoing personality and ability to interface with a variety of personalities will allow you to thrive in this highly visible role.
