Seychelles/ BC Footwear is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our exciting fashion footwear company. We are looking for a person that is extremely organized, able to take and understand direction, has a strong attention to detail and accuracy, works well in a team or individually when needed, strives to be efficient and actively completing tasks and meeting deadlines, and is willing to give the highest level of support to our customers and sales. Responsibilities and duties include: - Managing orders from entry, revisions, to shipping; ensuring orders are fulfilled and shipped on time; process returns and exchanges - Responsible for communication with Customers on order status and resolution of Customer concerns based on company procedures in a clear, concise, and timely manner. - Working with the credit department to resolve any credit issues causing orders to be held or unshippable.- Generate reports and pull data needed in supporting Sales and processing customer requests from company's inventory system.- Maintaining positive relationships through professional and efficient communication with Sales, Buyers, Customers, as well as many corporate departments.Requirements:- College Degree and/or 2+ years of previous Customer Service experience. - Candidates must have be PC proficient with knowledge of MS office suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook) and be internet savvy.
