Role: Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean)Location: Calabasas, CA 91302Duration: Part-time Job Description:There are no sales, telemarketing or commission-based duties in this role, but we are looking for someone who is able to conduct surveys with a difficult-to-reach audience. Those who have prior experience dealing with gatekeepers or setting appointments may excel in this position. Effective business communication (reading, writing, speaking) and organizational skills are essential. Successful time management and attention to detail are required. Knowledge of any of the following is desirable:· financial markets· investment products· insurance products· the stock market· real estate· customer service There will be mandated training, which will involve on-the-job experience, formal sessions with our quality assurance staff and with our clients who will have final approval on each applicants' suitability on the project.Our employees enjoy the challenge of this project, our comfortable and friendly working environment, management support/feedback, and the flexible hours with self-scheduling.
