We're passionate about connecting people to their memories and to their homes.We're an established leader in the connected digital photo market and rapidly growing into a leading provider of software and hardware solutions for the Smart Grid industry.We are currently looking for a sharp, outgoing individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Care Lead.The department hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. This position reports to the Customer Care Director.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Provide professional, friendly, and courteous 1st level technical support to our customers via phone, email and occasionally, face to face• Respond to customer escalations in the absence of the Customer Care Director• Resolve billing issues and answer product questions• Work with Customer Care Director to ensure that the Customer Care floor runs in an effective and efficient manner• Report any issues that affect the productivity and morale of the Customer Care Team and offer solutions to resolve issues• Responsible for ongoing knowledge of CEIVA policies, products and services and for improving the knowledge of others in the department• Set an example for Customer Care Team by maintaining an acceptable level of attendance and punctualityExperience and Qualifications:• 5+ years experience in a position with heavy customer interaction• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities• Solid computer skills (MS Office, Internet)• Knowledge of High-Speed Internet and Wireless Router setup• Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking• Type a minimum of 35 WPM• Knowledge of Digital Photography• Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required• AA Degree preferred but not requiredLocated in Burbank, CA, we have a creative, collaborative, and casual work environment.
