JOB SUMMARY:Reports directly to the Accounting Manager. Responsible for the accurate and timely recording of the monthly journal entries into the general ledger and the preparation of quarterly and monthly Accounting reports. Requires frequent interaction with various levels of personnel in Accounting and other departments of the company. Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:BA / BS in Accounting or Finance Minimum three to five years of general ledger accounting experience in a fast paced environment Strong knowledge of GAAP Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of QAD 2008 is a plus SOX-404 compliance experience a plus
