He / she must have significant experience with compiling and processing monthly progress billings, administering change orders, and dealing with owners, design teams and all related subcontractor issues. Accurate job cost reporting to upper management is a priority. The P.M. must be able to assess problems and make informed and timely decisions on behalf of the project and company’s goals. He / she must also demonstrate effective team leadership and be able to delegate tasks appropriately. A degree in construction management or related field is desired, but not required. Knowledge of all trades is a requirement. Ability to perform constructability reviews, draft subcontracts and assemble a construction schedule is essential. Experience in school construction K-12 and higher education, public works projects and healthcare / OSHPD regulated projects is required. Prefer knowledge / familiarity with construction management software; Microsoft Project, Procore, Projectmates, Textura, Blue Beam, Primavera, Prolog, etc.
