Using AutoPlan and Visual Shop software, plan and then produce the documents required for the production platers to follow as they put various coatings on aerospace customer parts.2. Interface with the Production Manager, Production Assistant, Shipping and Receiving, Office Manager and President to ensure production planning documents are both accurate and on-time to support required production scheduling.3. Have strong computer skills and be very comfortable using MS Windows driven computer programs.4. Ideally, have previous metal finishing planning experience and knowledge of metal finishing specifications. Especially beneficial would be previous experience with the Visual Shop/Auto Plan scheduling and planning system. If not, the selected candidate will be a fast learner and very comfortable with using computers and software to accomplish tasking.5. Have experience reading and understanding technical specifications & engineering blueprints. Your ability to read various technical specifications and then ensure that the plans given to production meet all the specification requirements is critical to the success of the company and safety of the end users.6. Have worked in an environment governed by a Quality Management System, preferably Nadcap AC7004 or ISO AS9100.7. Have working knowledge of continuous improvement methods and has improved products/processes in previous work environments.8.
