JOB DESCRIPTION:Technical Support/Customer Service1st Shift: M-F 7:00 am - 4:00 pmPay: $18.00 to $20.00 DOE We are looking for candidates that have mandatory:- Customer Support, with also some end user interface (i.e. homeowner, contractor, engineer, plumber, etc.)- Microsoft excel, word, and outlook (data entry and to navigate) Additional requirements not mandatory but a plus:-CRM software or equivalent (we use maximizer software)-light technical/plumbing/mechanical experience (ability to troubleshoot heater over the phone)- SAP software experienceTechnical Support/Customer Service - $18.00- $20.00 M-F 7:00a-4:00p 5 yrs experience.
