DOB: 7/6/11
Scrappy is 'Mr. Personality'. When he came to me, I was going to rename him, but then found out that the name Scrappy really does suit him. He was born an only kitty which is pretty rare. He never needed to share anything, even in the womb, and it shows! He does what he wants, regardless of what the other cats want. It's a funny dynamic to watch. He's fun, entertaining, talks to you and LIVES for chasing moths and flies. Scrappy comes from a home where they couldn't afford to keep another cat. Now he lives with 5 other fosters and really would LOVE to live somewhere that he gets more attention from his people. He's equal parts affection, mischief and play. His big amber eyes look right at you while he's having a conversation with you. He really is a GREAT kitty. He would be a good only cat if there were people home a lot to play with him. He likes to use his back claws to play, so he wouldn't be a good match with a young child. He's sweet, he just plays rough. Otherwise, he would do well with an easy going kitty pal to keep him company (If you are looking for two, he's good buddies with his foster brother Teddy, a funny-faced brown tabby!)
Scrappy is soooo ready for his new forever home. He gets so scared at adoption events, hiding under the blankets and growling at passers-by, so no one really gets to see how incredible he is. If you want to meet him, please send me an email.
