Special Notes: Trinny is missing a front leg.
Trinny was found when she was just a few weeks old in an area that is frequented by coyotes, sitting on a bed of weeds by a chain link fence. Well, that's no place for a cute kitten to be! Her foster mom snatched her up and didn't realize until she got Trinny home that Trinny was missing one of her front legs. Trinny really enjoyed playing with all of the other foster kittens, and did her darndest to keep up with them. She used to sleep with her foster mom and one of her favorite activities was chewing the corners of books. Soon after, Trinny was adopted out to a loving home, where she lived for 4 years. Unfortunately, this summer, her parents had to move to the East coast to look after an ailing parent who is allergic to cats, so Trinny was returned to her foster mom.
Trinny is a sweet, fluffy girl who loves to roll around on her Scratch Lounge and her purring never ends while she's being pet. Her home had dogs, so she is comfortable around them as long as they don't chase or pursue her. Trinny is well mannered and has good litter box habits. Like most long haired cats, she will need to be brushed to keep her coat from getting matted, but because of her missing leg, she needs a little extra help staying groomed. Trinny looks forward to finding a home that will cherish her and love her. She will need a bit of patience when adjusting to a new home. When she was returned, she took about 10 - 14 days to get used to her new home, spending most of that time under the bed, but she was willing to be coaxed out. Now she meows for people to come and spend time with her in her room, and when we go in there, she puts on a show of rolling around, purring and being a cute wiggle butt! Trinny is FIV/FeLV tested, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption is through a rescue group, and a home visit and adoption fee will be required. Thanks for reading about Trinny!
