We provide technology and business operations resources on a project, contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire basis.Title: Associate Project CoordinatorIndustry: Biotech/PharmaceuticalLocation: Thousand Oaks, CADuration: 11 Month ContractPay Rate Range: Depends on Experience (W2, no benefits attached)Job Details: Support project management activities. Coordinate technical requirements of meetings including projector, laptop, and teleconference requirements.Will be responsible for complex administrative and scheduling support for executive engagements, which may include calendaring, preparing and/or processing technical material/reports/forms/presentations using a wide variety of text editing software and managing features (formatting, editing, deleting, updating, etc.), creating, testing and implementing Microsoft Word macros and templates, PowerPoint, etc.Additional Responsibilities: Additional responsibilities include independently coordinating/calendaring meetings, complex onsite/offsite meetings, leading projects as guided by manager, providing management with status/activity reports, and selecting appropriate format for presentations.Take and/or type meeting minutes.Aids in various cross-functional project and administrative tasks regarding project budgets and schedules, such as monitoring purchase orders and project spend, and posting items to project folders.Keep information up to date including schedules, budgets, and the project information in appropriate application.Should be organized, reliable, and respond promptly to requests in highly dynamic executive environments.Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working on teams to accomplish tasks.
