Lagun Engineering is looking for a motivated and driven sales professional to work in both a sales acquisition role as well as an existing account management and development role. Primary duties include:Responding to customers’ requests for quotation in a timely manner.Ensuring the highest level of service for both current and potential customers.Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs.Developing and maintaining product knowledge.Participating in weekly training sessions and sales meetings.Sending of any necessary documentation (e.g. certifications or technical drawings).Working with customers in different time zones.Achieving sales targets as set by the company.Some travelling (up to 50%)This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesRequirements:5+ years of manufacturing or equipment sales experienceExperience with bridge, gantry, bed mills and traveling columns preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated to accomplish goals and tasksGood interpersonal skillsPunctual and dependableTeam player with the ability to work well with othersSuperior problem solving abilitiesProficient with Microsoft OfficeExperience with cloud-based CRM a plusLagun Engineering provides a generous and competitive benefits package.
