Location: Playa VistaAbout: We are looking for an Executive Assistant in Operations to help run our co-working campus in Playa Vista, CA. This position will report to the Head of Operations and will oversee the Front Desk and Office Manager as well as the Events Coordinator.GoalsCreate a collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between membersEnsure that building is fully operational and processes are running smoothlyDrive growth and promotion of service offeringsDevelop corporate partnerships and collaborative projects to connect the community and inspire local entrepreneurs. Responsibilities:Oversee the overall operations of the co-working campusMaintain work schedules for employeesDevelop strong relationships with members and facilitate partnerships and growthDrive new member sign ups through creative meansWork with the events coordinator to develop unique experiences for members and the local communityIdentify and connect with local startups and established brands to create strategic partnerships and eventsMaintain a schedule of walk throughs and new member orientationOversee event logistics Requirements:3-5 years of experience in a fast paced environmentOperations and events management experienceCustomer service and strategic sales experience is preferredEntrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for growing and maintaining relationshipsThis is a people facing role so a positive attitude and enthusiasm is always welcomed!Apply today or share with a friend!
