  • A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English AVP/VP with 3-4 years in Finance, Analyst, or Accountant background. Work experience in Finance Industry is a big plus, but not mandatory. Candidate must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese and have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. This is a Full Time position, Exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k. Interviews start Now!

    Duties:
    -Analyze and take care of quarter/annual budget and revenue
    -Contribute to the recognition of additional revenue through detailed analysis of each sale
    -Conduct thorough, in-depth analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly and half year closing and reporting.
    -Coordinate with project managers to assist in preparation of each project (including cost breakdown)
    -Review monthly project reports submitted by Sales team to ensure accurate, accountable information; update all sales records as necessary.
    -Worked closely with management to assist in preparation of forecasts and budgets
    -Supervise staff
    -Report to Manager
    -Communicate with other branches and headquarters in Japan

    Skills:
    -Must speak, read, and write Japanese
    -Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    -Must have a Finance, Analyst, or Accountant background
    -Work experience in Finance industry is a Big Plus, but not mandatory
    -Good Math and Analysis skill
    -Excellent communication skills
    -Basic PC Skills

    Compensation: $70-$80K, Exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k
