LAX based property/asset management company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Office in many different areas. The ideal candidate must be energetic, flexible, and reliable.
Provide administrative support to the President and Vice President of Administration
Prepare and distribute letters, memos and other correspondence
Prepare travel expense reports
Maintain confidential personnel records
Prepare offer letters, new hire packages, benefits packages including distribution
Assists with annual benefits enrollment process and monthly benefit premium reconciliations
Assist with preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll
Greet all office visitors; maintain office security
Answer and screen all incoming call
Sort and distribute all incoming mail and incoming packages
Prepare and stamp all outgoing mail
Maintain employee lunchroom, stock kitchen and keep inventory of supplies
Maintain supply room and keep inventory of supplies
High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred
Five years minimum administrative experience
Must be extremely detailed oriented and highly organized
Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong computer skills, which include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Must exercise high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion
Prior payroll administration experience a plus
Successful candidate are required to pass a background check and drug screen required.
