You will be collaborating with two other assistants working on a wide variety of fun and fulfilling projects. Tasks:-Manage department calendar/schedules and coordinate travel and accommodations-Compose communication, write and edit newsletters, blog posts and various social media articles -Compile presentation using Word and PowerPoint-Help with event planning-Coordinate projects, conduct research, and manage deadlines-Provide administrative support to the team, coordinate office gatherings and outingsRequirements:-Bachelor's Degree is required-Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)-Experience working in non-profit or the arts is a plus-3+ year's administrative experience -Organized, creative, and enthusiastic!-Strong writing skills a MUST
