Demanding top level executive in Mountain View, CA is seeking to hire a TOP NOTCH Personal Assistant. Primary duties include daily personal errands, household staff management and other personal executive assistance tasks. The successful candidate must be intelligent, dedicated, able to execute independently with limited or no supervision and remain flexible at all times. In addition, a consistently positive attitude and a willingness to get things done are a must.
Role & Responsibilities:
A wide variety of personal related tasks, including but not limited to: personal errands, managing household staff, conducting household purchasing, procuring meals, couriering, etc.
A variety of office related tasks, including but not limited to: organizing files and office, scheduling, internal/external correspondence, expense reporting, travel assistance, etc.
Create, route & process written and verbal correspondence while exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Professionally represent principal internally & externally
General administrative duties and special projects with constantly changing priorities.
The successful candidate will be a highly qualified Personal Assistant who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, values attention to detail, has the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and is of the highest personal integrity. The office environment is fast-paced and professional, requiring quality work, flexibility, a sense of urgency and individual initiative.
1-3+ years of PA experience, preferably for top-level executive or high profile individual/family
BA/BS or equivalent from a reputable university
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Adaptable to a dynamic environment
Strong dedication, loyalty and unwavering integrity
Exceptional professionalism, communication and interpersonal skills
