Well known Santa Monica real estate firm seeks solid accountant with strong communications skills and a great attitude to help us continue to grow.
We are looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates should have:
A minimum of two years of accounting experience
Evidence of increasing levels of responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Design, develop and execute all daily and monthly analysis
Prepare month-end financial reports and participate in month-end close
Assist in the preparation and review of account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Assist other areas of the organization with related accounting questions
Fully cross train on monthly close procedures and maintain ability to effectively execute process if needed
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
Experience with an ERP accounting software preferred or similar general ledger software experience
