We are seeking a qualified Controller for our San Francisco offices
This position reports directly to the CFO and manages all aspects of the finance department including oversight and management of
• Financial Systems and General Ledger Management
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Financial Inventory Management
• Banking and Credit Relationship Management
• Payroll and Expense Management
• Company Budget and Fiscal Audit
• Policy and procedure implementation with emphasis on internal controls Account reconciliation and analysis,
Inventory Management
• A/R and Collections
• A/P and Vendor Management
• Cash Flow Management
Desired Skills & Experience
• BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field
CPA Required with public. private experience, MBA a plus
• Min of 10 years of experience
• 5 +years of experience in department management
• Ability to effectively manage both departmental and individual responsibilities simultaneously to complete projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in a growth stage enterprise preferred
• Extreme attention to detail, organization and consistency
• Strong leadership and decision making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicating and presenting financial statements; database skills
