We are looking for an outgoing well spoken accountant with a desire to succeed.
Oversee the accounting and reporting for an assigned portfolio of diverse real estate investments, including supervision of the accounting activities of third-party property management firms.
• Supervise the cash control function for assigned entities, ensuring appropriate cash management.
• Analyze fluctuation of net investment income for real estate investments/portfolios and investigate variances.
Liaise with independent auditors. Handle ad hoc reporting requests.
• Calculate and analyze portfolio performance returns and property internal rates of return.
Requirements:
