Summary:Reviews loan documentation packages prepared by loan closing officers to ensure the documentation accurately reflects credit approval and conforms with Bank credit policies and all pertinent laws and regulations. Performs loan closing functions for complex transactions and as required to meet the demands of the workflow. Provides ongoing training and support to the Loan Closing Officers in all closing functions including, but not limited to: title review, entity due diligence, use of the LaserPro documentation system and general procedures. Assists the Loan Closing Unit Supervisor by analyzing and testing LaserPro software updates, archiving stale-dated loan documentation packages and various other projects as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four year college or technical school, or five years experience in loan processing and accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Should have a thorough understanding of title matters, loan closing procedures and entity and loan documentation requirements and issues.
