The position will serve as a resource to both financial and operational Network leadership to support organizational decision making and planning
Maintain General Ledger interfaces for a major medial manufacturing company
Develop data mining analysis and Business Intelligence tools/dashboards to support business decisions
Extract and interpret data from various sources and provide meaningful, understandable analysis to drive improvement in revenue cycle, coding, productivity and overall financial results
Serve as primary report designer and developer working in partnership with finance and systems team.
Serve as central point for physician practice reporting needs to the management and various departments
Build and maintain turn around modeling tools
Assist with due diligence and pro-forma financial statements for potential acquisitions and partnerships
Work with operations and finance teams to automate and disseminate daily, weekly and monthly reports highlighting the key performance metrics
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent required
3+ years of analysis and reporting experience
Healthcare industry preferred but not required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel & Access skills
Crystal Reports experience
Proficiency with SQL data mining and report writing
Experience with Monarch and Business Object/Hyperion tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills (demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities)
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with minimal supervision
