The Treasury Analyst is responsible for cash management covering multiple retail business units.
Primary responsibilities will include forecasting short-range cash flows, managing the daily cash position, streamlining and automating tasks where possible, leveraging technology to support bank account structure, initiating cash transactions and enhancing reporting using our banking partners’ cash management technologies and systems.
This individual will support the Corporate Controller in the implementation of new banking services and products and other projects as needed. The Treasury Analyst will act as a liaison between the bank and users of various banking products to ensure and maintain optimal service, execute electronic funds transfers, review and prepare monthly files of intercompany transactions for treasury transactions to be posted by the Accounting Department.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or a related field or a minimum of 4-6 years experience in Accounting/Finance, experience (retail environment) in cash managment, strong organizational abilities, and an ability to adhere to deadlines. We are also seeking demonstrated analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
