Payroll Manager

About the Job
The Payroll Manager is responsible for timely and accurate preparation for all Payroll Functions of ITxM and its Affiliates. Will ensure accuracy of all information and ensure that problems/concerns are addressed timely. Act as liaison between Human Resources and information. Act as main contact with ADP regarding payroll runs and system requirements. This position participates in research, development, and arrangement for the implementation of all system changes. Supervise activities of payroll support staff to ensure that payroll preparation activities are preformed accurately and on a timely basis. Audit incoming payroll reports and registers upon delivery from ADP. Review current payroll practices to ensure the highest level of efficiency and accuracy of Payroll processing system. As errors are identified, determine the nature of the error and solution to resolve the problem or procedure discrepancy. Coordinate, monitor and verify data exchanges between oracle HR, ADP Connection, ADP Payforce and eTime systems. Prepare and verify data for interface to GL. Prepare and verify payroll tax calculations, reporting and funds transfers with ITxM and ADP tax services. Responsible for submission of data to HRIS system.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Experience:
5-7 years of senior level payroll experience
2 years of supervisory experience required
Must have a broad–based technical background in payroll processing systems and techniques.
Must have a thorough knowledge of payroll processing and policies and procedures.
