Description:
A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Credit Lending Associate with a four year college degree. Must Speak, Read, and Write Japanese. Financial Services experience is a big plus, but not required. Candidate will be reporting to assigned Credit Lending Supervisor, the Credit Lending Associate is responsible for implementing and maintaining depository and cash management services for corporate customers who are managed by assigned Credit Lending Manager. This is a Full Time position, non exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k. Interviews start Now!

Duties:
-Develop and service depository relationship as secondary.
-Work closely with primary relationship manager’s and assist in ensuring the satisfaction of assigned customers for the implementation and maintenance of depository services.
-Resolve any operational problems, and answer inquiries regarding existing and new services.
-Cross-sell cash management services.
-Call on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business.
-Negotiate conditions, and interview customers regarding business strategy, needs, and financial conditions.
-Monitor ACH and DOD lines, collect needed information for credit recommendations of ACH and DOD lines.

Skills:
-Requires knowledge of basic banking principles, operations and workflow functions performed by various departments.
-Requires knowledge of depository and cash management services.
- Ability to interview customers, negotiate, and have a basic understanding of business strategy.
-Previous Financial Service experience is a Big Plus, but not required.
-Must speak, read, and write Japanese.
-Four year college degree is required.

Compensation: $40-60K, non exempt, with excellent benefits including 401K
