A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Client Support Specialist with 1 to 2 years Finance/Banking work experience however, entry level applicants are welcome to apply. Applicants must speak, read, and write Japanese language skill. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30 and this is a Non-Exempt with bonus and excellent benefits including 401k. -Provide services to corporate clients investigate and resolve problems.
-Consult with prospective clients as a product expert
-responsible for ensuring the client experience is world class and that issues are resolved accurately and expediently.
-Use a high level of client service skills in order to defuse potentially difficult and/or upset customers and complex issues.
-Need some knowledge of funding, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange, accounting principles
-PC proficiency (Excel, Word); strong organizational, analytical and customer service skills. -Bilingual (Japanese/English) skills required.
-AA or higher degree preferred.
-1-2 years of client service background or the equivalent work experience, preferably in the banking or financial service industry however, entry level applicants are welcome to apply

Compensation: 35-50k with excellent benefits including 401k
