Description:
A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Assistant to Deposit Officer in Finance/Banking industry. Candidate must speak, read, and write Japanese and must have a 4 year College Degree. Entry Level applicants are welcome to apply. This is a Full Time position, Non Exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k. Interviews start Now!

Duties:
-Responsible for supporting the line of business with outstanding customer service and knowledge of the products related to deposits and Treasury Management Services & overseeing the smooth operations of the Department
-Work closely with other department to respond to the inquiries and request from customers.
-Resolve any operational problems, and answer inquiries regarding the existing services and transactions.
-Answer to Treasury Management Services products inquiries from customers and refer to Department Relationship Manager for complex Treasury Management Services products.
-Support customers to open and update Bank account documents including Treasury Management Services.
-Send implementation request to group/other Products offices for new and update services. Follow up the status and inform customer upon completion if necessary.
-Support customers for Treasury Management Services user updates.
-Work closely with Deposit Relationship Manager, complete the assignment per Deposit Relationship Manager’s request in timely manner.
-Conduct research and data analysis for special and on-going departmental projects and prepare reports and materials.
-Coordinate activities and projects between departments and/or outside parties.

Skills:
-Must speak, read, and write Japanese
-Knowledge of basic banking principles it’s a big plus but it’s not mandatory
-Degree from a four year college or equivalent experience is required
-Highly desired is the knowledge of depository and Treasury Management Services
-Experience in financial industry is plus

Compensation: $40-$50k, Non Exempt with excellent benefits including 401k
