A company is seeking a Bilingual English/ Korean Associate with minimum 5 years corporate banking experience in US and international market place. This position is for Asian Corporate Banking Department. Must speak, read, and write Korean. They have bonus with excellent benefits including 401k. Interviews start NOW!
Duties:
-Develops a carefully balanced strategic and operational business plan including objectives, product plan, marketing and sales plan, operating policies and performance measurement systems for the Department.
-Implement the strategic and operational plans effectively to ensure that Department’s and Division’s goals and objectives are achieved.
-Promotes the sales and marketing activity to the target market decision makers within customer organizations throughout the defined markets.
-Responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring, and the closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and servicing the existing portfolio.
-Negotiates terms, structures loan financing based on risk considerations and presents credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority within the company as required. Supports the company’s strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.
Skills:
-Minimum 5 years’ corporate banking experience in US and international market place.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Strong financial aptitude and broad analytical ability.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills including excellent business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
-Must be fluent in both oral and written in English plus Korean.
-Knowledge of domestic and foreign financial markets and products, including non-Banking financial institutions.
