Overview: Manage all aspects of loan delivery that is sold to all investors, Fannie Mae, Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC).This includes file custody, commitment management, data validation and processing of loan sale wires. . Work closely with Secondary Market Advisor, Real Estate Operations and Accounting. Must be familiar with Real Estate Loan documents. Responsibilities: • Ensure on time delivery of sold loans to investors Fannie Mae, FHLB, and Freddie Mac.• Monitor daily pipeline to ensure loans are delivered and purchased by deadline dates• Validate data points in Loan Origination System and clear any edit findings/warnings • Enter pertinent information into computer system and utilize various delivery systems for FNMA, FHLMC and FHLB to transmit data electronically• Package each funded loan, using a checklist, in accordance with investor/agency guidelines and ensure delivery with proper endorsements of the Original loan note. • Perform clerical functions as needed (e.g. filing, copying, scanning, printing, uploading documents).• Manage the QC investor audit notification process and ensure a loan audit is conducted by QC specialist and Real Estate operations. • Responsible for the delivery of documents to investor for QC review.• Ensure investor fees are captured and funds are deposited into the account for the investor• Update sales reports for Finance and Management. • Usually plans and executes own work; not required to supervise others. This position requires occasional supervision to help solve problems or provide guidance for unusual situations. Able to recognize errors and implement corrections• Know critical deadlines of the delivery area• Other duties as assignedQualfications:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending, including extensive knowledge of required documentation need for each type of loan.• FHA and VA knowledge a plus• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail is required.• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on deadlines.• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
