Applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to perform professional cost accounting and financial analysis functions. Computes unit cost of company products or services and establishes cost standards, adjusting them periodically as necessitated by changes in material and/or overhead costs. Compares actual cost to cost standards and prepare reports on variances. Assists in other aspects of cost finding and provides data for purposes of estimating, budgeting, and forecasting. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSMust HaveMinimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Advanced knowledge of Excel (must be proficient in Pivot Table, V-Lookup, and other advanced formulas).Big PlusExperience in ERP and/or MRP implementation project.Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Analytics.Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant.Strong leadership quality.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent judgment and objectivity.Excellent organizational skills.Well-developed team building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity and the experience and confidence to effectively address sensitive cost and financial issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain cost systems and provides management with information on unit costs of products across all four manufacturing locations.Analyze labor, material and overhead costs to determine cost standards and update product costs. Data provided is used by management in financial statements, pricing, budgeting, and contract renegotiations.Assist in the physical inventory process and lead the physical inventory reconciliation process and prepare the adequate schedules to support any adjustments.Participate in the preparation of the annual plant operating budget including standard product cost development, budgeted variances, and cost center budgeting.Coordinate companywide and plants’ month end close and financial reporting process.Perform additional duties as assigned.PLEASE ANSWER ALL OF THE SCREENING QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
